Does it work with MT4?
MT4 import isn't stable yet — it's on the roadmap. Today the focus is MT5 (XLSX and HTML) and NinjaTrader via CSV for US brokers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in the Stripe portal. No fee, no lock-in. You keep access until the end of your paid cycle.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Everything runs on Supabase with Row Level Security — only you see your trades. We never ask for your broker credentials. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1).
How is this different from Tradezella or Edgewonk?

Does it work with major prop firms?

Do I need to speak English?
No. The entire platform is available in Portuguese — including the macro briefing, tags, and Dexter. English is optional (toggle in the UI).
Do I have to connect my MT5 to the cloud?
No. You upload the XLSX/HTML report MT5 already generates locally. No broker credentials ever touch our servers.
What if I trade multiple accounts?
Pro supports 5 simultaneous accounts (prop + personal + crypto). Ultra is unlimited. You can compare accounts side by side and split metrics by firm.
Does Dexter replace a mentor?
No. Dexter analyzes your history and surfaces patterns — a human mentor teaches strategy and corrects psychology in real time. They complement each other.
Do I have a return guarantee?
No. Nobody serious guarantees trading returns. What we guarantee is the tool: if it doesn't fit your workflow, you cancel and move on. No promises we can't keep.
